P reg, 1976, 1500cc, primrose yellow, long MOT, Taxed.

MG Midget, restored 7 years ago, underwent major mechanical and bodywork refurbishment. She has had quite a bit of money spent on her over the years and I have a folder full of old MOTS, FSH, receipts and photos for the works.

A solid car in good overall condition bodily and mechanically. The paintwork is
in good condition although there is a hairline crack on the bonnet. The interior is in reasonable condition but tidy for her age. The underside is coated with waxoil.

The car has recently passed its MOT with minor repairs and is now taxed and has the freedom of the road.

Selling because I am moving house and all the toys have to go. Overall the car is a good, solid example of this popular classic sports car.  It would make an excellent acquisition for someone who is interested in owning an affordable and roadworthy classic car.

1965 GAN 3 Old English White with chrome bumpers MOT till May 2010 1098cc with unleaded head Major restoration in the late 1990's and still in excellent condition throughout as minimal summer mileage. Lots of History. Black interior with original steering wheel. On the road the MG is taught and very responsive. Does not overheat and maintains excellent oil pressure. If you require a very well presented MG sports car I see no reason why this example should not provide years of classic open top motoring for a very fair sum of money.

MG Midget 1500 1979 T reg, very good, original condition, runs on unleaded. Full tonneau cover, plus leak-free factory fitted hood. Stainless steel exhaust. Great rust-free example in original condition, cheap to run, fun to drive and has an agreed insurance value of £3,000. It flew through its last MOT, which is valid until September 2009, needing only a numberplate bulb and washer jet unblocking to pass. The MOT tester said it was one of the best he'd seen. It was garaged between the end of October and the end of March and is taxed until September also.

Was used daily for work and play last summer, very reliable - not missed a beat since I've owned it. Alternator has just been refurbished and a new fan belt also fitted. Ready to drive away and use every day. New car and lack of storage space forces reluctant sale. Car is in Eastleigh, Hants.
